Design Notes

Codon optimized sequence of HFBI from Trichoderma reesei for E coli expression, adapted GC content at 5' and 3' ends to facilitate PCR amplification. Designed to work with both Gibson and Type IIs assembly methods. Part of library to hydrophobin sequences further amplified with primers designed to make part compatible with pET29 plasmid expression system.
